I am an entrepreneur with a background in computer science, cybersecurity, marketing, and software development. Since 2018, I have been building digital projects that combine my interest in technology, business, and storytelling, ranging from affiliate websites and SEO campaigns to AI-driven products and online platforms.

I started my career in 2018 as a web designer and developer. What began with designing websites quickly grew into a passion for SEO and content marketing, which led me to found Timmermans Media. Over the years, I have had the chance to work with brands such as Business Insider, Bitvavo, HEMA, BLOX, and Coinmerce.

In 2022, I founded Own Property Abroad, a platform that helps investors make sense of the often complex real estate markets in Southeast Asia with clear and reliable guidance. This also became the starting point for my first software product, LandLoom, a market analysis and data dashboard built for the property market in Bali, Indonesia.

Alongside marketing and real estate, I have taught myself AI-driven software development. In 2025, I launched Runami, an AI running coach that began as a personal experiment to improve my marathon training and has since grown into a tool used by runners worldwide. As a dedicated runner myself, I share my training journey and experiences on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, often with a focus on running and life in Indonesia.

WHAT I BUILD AND SHARE

SEO and Content Marketing

Through Timmermans Media, I help businesses grow online with SEO strategies that deliver measurable results, supported by content creation and copywriting. I have worked with brands such as Business Insider, Bitvavo, and Coinmerce to increase visibility, trust, and long-term growth.

Product Development

I build digital products designed to solve real-world challenges. Examples include Runami, an AI running coach that supports runners worldwide, and LandLoom, a platform that makes real estate data in Bali easier to access and understand.

AI Applications and Workflows

I design AI-powered applications and custom workflows that help businesses save time, reduce costs, and scale more efficiently. From intelligent automation to tailored chatbots, I focus on turning complex processes into simple and effective systems.

Content Creation

I share my journey and knowledge through content in multiple languages. On YouTube, I post in English about running and training. On TikTok and Instagram, I create Indonesian-language content about running, AI, and daily life, building a community of more than 11,000 followers.

PERSONAL
INTERESTS

Outside of work, I am always curious and passionate about learning new things. Running plays an important role in my life. I trained for and completed my first marathon in Tokyo in 2025, an experience that inspired me to build Runami, my AI running coach. Music is another passion of mine. As a lifelong Beatles fan, I enjoy playing both guitar and piano whenever I can.

I also love reading, especially spiritual and business books, which often shape the way I approach growth and creativity. Living in Bali allows me to combine work with a lifestyle close to nature, while traveling continues to be one of my favorite ways to learn and find inspiration. Japan, Australia, and Lebanon are among the countries that left a lasting impression on me. Alongside these interests, the gym, history, and music keep me motivated and energized every day.
