I am an entrepreneur with a background in computer science, cybersecurity, marketing, and software development. Since 2018, I have been building digital projects that combine my interest in technology, business, and storytelling, ranging from affiliate websites and SEO campaigns to AI-driven products and online platforms.

I started my career in 2018 as a web designer and developer. What began with designing websites quickly grew into a passion for SEO and content marketing, which led me to found Timmermans Media. Over the years, I have had the chance to work with brands such as Business Insider, Bitvavo, HEMA, BLOX, and Coinmerce. As early as 2022, I began experimenting with and applying generative engine optimization and LLM optimization, focusing on how AI systems interpret, rank, and surface content.

In 2022, I founded Own Property Abroad, a platform that helps investors make sense of the often complex real estate markets in Southeast Asia with clear and reliable guidance. This project became a practical testing ground for GEO and LLM optimization strategies, alongside traditional SEO. It also marked the starting point for my first software product, LandLoom, a market analysis and data dashboard built for the property market in Bali, Indonesia.

Alongside marketing and real estate, I have taught myself AI-driven software development. In 2025, I launched Runami, an AI running coach that began as a personal experiment to improve my marathon training and has since grown into a tool used by runners worldwide. As a dedicated runner myself, I share my training journey and experiences on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, often with a focus on running and life in Indonesia.
